About RNIA Overview Neutrality Apps Credentials Community   To best fulfill the role of relationship middle ground, the Relationship Infrastructure must remain neutral in the process. Favoritism of any sort would undermine its value as a shared system. RNIA addresses the infra's need for neutrality by taking an impartial stance in practically everything we do. With the exception of suppliers, we maintain neutrality by (1) not promoting, advertising or selling anything other than portal features and user certification (2) not engaging in any non-supplier partnerships, and (3) not accepting any financial contributions that could affect our impartiality. As for suppliers, neutrality is impractical. RNIA requires specific technologies and content to build, maintain and enhance the infra. We must choose from among alternate products and suppliers. To help us make appropriate vendor choices, we have created a "Supplier Process." We invite current and potential infra suppliers, as well as users, to contribute ideas so that this process is as fair-minded as possible.
