About RNIA   Overview Neutrality Apps Credentials Community   RNIA is a neutral workgroup. We build and maintain the Relationship Infrastructure, a shared-app environment for automating and measuring the relationships among five entity types: person, position, workgroup, product and asset. These entities can accommodate any person, place or thing. We also certify users who demonstrate mastery of aspects of the infra. To facilitate automation, the infra includes collaborative app development tools. Apps can use Relationship Capital (“RC”) to measure the quality of relationships, including commitments (promises) among the five entities, and people's perceptions (feelings and opinions) of the entities. RC measurement can also be applied in self-evaluation, planning and learning. Other than a handful of RC definitions, the infra's content is mainstream. The quality of interactions among entities are based on well-known principles: Accountability, Boundaries, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, Support and Trust. Access to the infrastructure is free. There are no membership fees; all features are included. To defray costs initially, RNIA collects credential fees from users who elect to become certified.
